No matter how good it makes me feel. That just seems weird...if we feel so good why do our brains have such a hard time accepting it? I haven't used a scale for probably the last ten years {with the exception of when I was pregnant and then only until I reached my pre-pregnancy weight again}. My theory is as long as I feel good and don't feel like I need to know the number, then I am better off without it. I can tell when my pants start to get tight, LOL!Sarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11897983766493065528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8353157172028779484.post-89386218430089013922013-03-27T11:58:12.386-05:002013-03-27T11:58:12.386-05:00Awesome - hang in there! :)Awesome - hang in there! :)Rhondahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11379966486917936027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8353157172028779484.post-60953652052356333702013-03-26T19:49:09.240-05:002013-03-26T19:49:09.240-05:00Weekends are tough. I'll bet you're toning if you're walking faster and easier.
